Taking Silversea's award - winning concept of all-suite luxury to the next level, these two sister ships - Silver Shadow and Silver Whisper - are slightly larger, yet retain the familiarity and intimacy of Silversea's two earlier ships. Aboard the Silver Whisper cruise ship, 2013 begins with a 115-day World Cruise with segment points in Papeete, Sydney, Hong Kong, Singapore, Mauritius and Cape Town. Next up: Northern Europe voyages that include three nights in St Petersburg, Norwegian fjord cruising, and new in-depth Baltic experiences. September offers a popular 16-day Atlantic crossing from Southampton to Montreal with calls in Ireland, Scotland, Iceland, Greenland and Newfoundland. Lingering in Canada and New England for fall foliage season, Silver Whisper eventually seeks out some Caribbean warmth, retreats for a quick 14-day dry-dock, and returns refreshed just in time for the holidays and a 16-day Panama Canal cruise.

In 2014 Silver Whisper again hosts Silversea's annual World Cruise, sailing 113 days from Los Angeles to Barcelona. Spring and summer cruises find Northern Europe and Norway's spectacular fjords at their very best before autumn reveals Canada and New England during fall foliage season. Silver Whisper's globetrotting schedule slows to a relaxed pace with a leisurely 17-day Amazon cruise (V4432) and Caribbean sailings through year's end.

PUBLIC AREAS
Silversea Silver Cloud passengers know that they are on a different type of ship from the moment they approach the ship. There are no lines for check in, and passengers are warmly greeted with a flute of champagne and a smiling Silver Cloud representative who leads you to your suite. The reception area is not a soaring atrium that challenges the senses or makes you wonder in amazement. The colors are muted and the atmosphere is peaceful. Embarking guests immediately feel that the main objective of the small Silversea Silver Cloud ship and her crew is to provide a relaxed, calming cruise vacation in a modern, simple, ultra-luxury atmosphere. Let's take a tour of the public areas on Silversea Silver Cloud. Onboard guests will find a wide selection of entertainment ranging from production shows to classical music concerts in The Show Lounge, live piano music in The Bar, and local performers and folkloric shows that truly complement the destinations and cultures experienced on your voyage. Every evening, The Bar and The Panorama Lounge offer dancing to a range of live musical styles for every taste, from ballroom and dinner dancing to rock and roll favourites and club mixes. Movies on deck are also offered on select evenings.
THE BAR With complimentary cocktails and engaging conversation, live music and a dance floor, The Bar welcomes guests to mix and mingle.

BEAUTY SALON A full range of salon services is available for both men and women including hairstyling, manicures and pedicures. Appointments for these chargeable services may be made on board the ship, or in advance via My Voyage.

BOUTIQUES Featuring designer collections and duty-free shopping, the onboard Boutiques offer a selection of jewellery, fashions, perfumes and Silversea logo items. Shops are closed while in port and on occasion due to local government regulations. Toiletries and convenience items are also available for purchase.

CARD ROOM / CONFERENCE ROOM Bridge games and tournaments take place most days in the Card Room. On days at sea, newcomers to the game can learn how to play. Should your group require a conference or meeting space, Silversea is pleased to provide a tailor-made experience. Audio-visual equipment is available and complimentary.

CASINO Roulette, blackjack and slot machines are available in The Casino for guests 18 years or older. If you are a novice, come to the champagne reception and learn all the games offered aboard.

CONNOISSEUR'S CORNER The Connoisseur's Corner offers exceptional cognacs along with a premium selection of cigars for purchase.

INTERNET CAFE Email friends and family back home or surf the web for a nominal fee. CD burners, headphones, digital camera media readers, and complimentary black and white laser printing are also available.

LA TERREZZA A divine selection of Italy's best cuisine is served à la carte in La Terrazza. Authentic recipes and the freshest ingredients come together with flair and passion — a flavourful expression of Silversea's distinctive Italian heritage that embraces the principals of Slow Food — fresh, sustainable and locally grown. Slow Food is an eco-gastronomic concept that began at a grass roots level in reaction to “Fast Food” and is dedicated to proper land stewardship while preserving cultural food traditions. For example, La Terrazza uses buffalo mozzarella from Naples, organic balsamic vinegar and olive oil from Umbria, and air-dried ham out of Parma. The Emilia-Romagna region also produces Silversea's 24-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano, while the pasta is made daily right on board. La Terrazza is open for casual, buffet-style breakfast and lunch with indoor or al fresco dining on the outdoor terrace. During the evening, La Terrazza transforms into an à la carte traditional Italian restaurant. Seating is limited for dinner and reservations are recommended.

LE CHAMPAGNE The only Wine Restaurant by Relais & Châteaux at sea can be found aboard the ships of Silversea. Indulge in an evening where fine wines are complemented by a set tasting menu of regionally inspired dishes in an intimate, elegant setting. LIBRARY The Library has an extensive selection of hardcover books, magazines, reference materials and newspapers, as well as audio listening stations. Movies are also available and can be viewed on your in-suite entertainment centre.

FITNESS CENTRE The Fitness Centre is equipped with free weights, weight machines, state-of-the-art treadmills, elliptical trainers and recumbent and upright bicycles. Classes in aerobics, yoga, Pilates and circuit training are led by the onboard fitness trainer and are always complimentary. Personal training, body composition analysis and specialty classes are available at an additional charge.

PANAROMA LOUNGE The Panorama Lounge is specially designed to provide an uninterrupted view of the day's destination from the comfort of the ship's interior. This is an ideal place to unwind, enjoy afternoon tea, listen to the pianist and watch the setting sun. The drinks are complimentary, the music live and inviting. Enjoy dancing to a range of musical styles for every taste from standards to the latest club mixes.

POOL BAR & GRILL Casual and convenient. At the Pool Bar, cocktails are served with soft ocean breezes. Poolside menu options feature healthy CruiseLite selections and light fare for lunch and dinner including grilled meats and fresh-from-the-oven pizza. Silversea's popular "hot rock" dining feature will be available aboard Silver Cloud beginning in November 2012. As the stars begin to peek out from a darkening sky, the top deck of the Pool Bar & Grill is transformed into The Grill – an intimate al fresco eatery featuring a fun, interactive Black Rock Grill experience. A preheated volcanic rock is brought to your table, allowing you to cook such delicacies as steak, veal, pork, lamb, salmon, fish or prawns exactly to your liking right at your own table. And what a table it is. A white linen tablecloth laden with delectable morsels, and every seat with an unmatched ocean view.

POOL DECK Teak chaise lounges arranged in the sun or shade. Bubbling whirlpools. The pool water refreshing in warmer climates, heated for cooler weather. The attentive staff at the ready with an oversized towel as you emerge from the pool, with your favourite beverage at just the right moment.

RECEPTION This central lobby area welcomes guests to speak with a Guest Relations specialist should they have a question or require any service. Assistance is available 24 hours a day. THE RESTAURANT Sparkling with silver, crystal and candlelight, Silversea's main dining room encircles its guests with sophisticated elegance and impeccable service. Contemporary, international cuisine is created by talented chefs, and menus feature regional specialities unique to the destinations guests visit on their cruise. For example, Roasted Chilean Sea Bass while cruising the Chilean fjords and Indian Chicken Korma en route to Mumbai. During days at sea, choose something from La Collection du Monde, a series of signature dishes created exclusively for Silversea by the Grands Chefs Relais & Châteaux. The Restaurant offers open-seating dining, which means there are no assigned times, no assigned tables. You are free to dine when, where and with whom you please.

SILVERSEA SPA Relax your body and mind in this soothing sanctuary. Indulge in a wide range of invigorating therapies including facials, body wraps and massages. Appointments for chargeable services may be made on board the ship, or in advance via My Voyage. Applaud a broad spectrum of entertainment — from full-scale production shows and classical soloists, to cultural entertainment and feature films.
