Silver Cloud
 |
|
|
As the inaugural ship in the fleet,
Silver Cloud epitomizes everything that is Silversea.
Since launching in 1994, the Cloud has travelled to all corners
of the world while introducing its guests to six-star level of
luxury. Designed to provide the most intimate of sailing
experiences, Silver Cloud offers fewer guests, more
space and the ability to slip into exotic ports off the beaten
path. The ambiance on this small luxury ship is elegant
yet unregimented, like traveling on your own private yacht but
with the amenities of the world’s grandest hotels. There's
dancing to the music of a live quartet in The Bar, and
entertainment ranging from Andrew Lloyd Webber to Gershwin in
the Show Lounge, as well as local performers that highlight
regional culture and traditions. During the day, attend guest
lectures and seminars on a wide range of topics; from history
and politics to leading authors and guests chefs, all are
experts in their fields. Work out at the fitness center or relax
in the spa, saunas, whirlpools or swimming pool. There's open
seating in the elegant restaurant where menus are inspired by
the line's partnership with Relais & Chateaux. For a more casual
setting, head for the indoor/outdoor La Terrazza, where
breakfast and lunch consist of buffets and grilled fare and
evening menus accent regional Italian specialties. Or, have
dinner served course by course in the privacy of your suite. A
selection of complimentary wines, spirits and champagnes is
served throughout the ship. This is an all-suite vessel, with
accommodations boasting ocean views. |

from the moment they approach the ship. There are no lines

peaceful. Embarking guests immediately feel that the main
