MS NORDNORGE
The
MS Nordnorge is a modern ship built in 1997. The ship complies with all
safety requirements and is classified as a polar vessel suitable for sailing
in icy waters, equipped with a fleet of Zodiacs for excursions. You will
find a dining room, a cafe, a bar, a library, conference rooms, a fitness
center, a "hospital", a sauna, a gift shop and several lounges.

CABINS
The cabins have private bathrooms with hair dryers and each cabin has
air conditioning and heating. The majority of double cabins have two lower
berths with private facilities. A few triple cabins are available. There
are three cabins for physically challenged guests. There are two suites
and 12 junior suites with queen-size beds and TVs.
JACUZZIS
There are two brand new Jacuzzis in the stern on deck 6. The Jacuzzis
are heated to 38 C/100 F and available all day. The capacity of each Jacuzzi
is 8-9 passengers. The Jacuzzis are equipped with an ozon-cleaning-generators
that require only a minimum use of chlorine. Showers are available close
by the Jacuzzis.

LECTURES,
ESCORTED TOURS
The ship has experienced tour guides giving in-depth lectures on Chile
and the Antartic. All passengers will be given a wind and waterproof jacket
to wear outside your sweater or fleece jacket. Cover boots will also be
provided for Zodiac landings in Antarctica.
